Kappa Foundation
Achievement
Foundation
is the charitable arm of the Chapter is the Hampton-Newport News
(H-NN) Kappa Alpha Psi Achievement Foundation, Inc. The Foundation
is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) corporation and is incorporated in the
Commonwealth of Virginia. The Foundation, as a nonprofit tax-exempt
organization, depends on charitable contributions from the public.
The IRS, as well as state corporations of the Foundation as a public
charity.
Our
mission is two-fold:

Engage in and provide charitable and educational, services to
the youth of the community so as to help produce a better quality
of life for all through education and training.
•
Provide to young persons academically oriented services such as
tutoring, leadership training, career exposure and financial assistance.

The goal of the H-NN Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Achievement
Foundation is to become a first class, goal oriented, self sustaining
organization that will support the not-for-profit Chapter Programs.
The Chapter’s goal is to provide the necessary support to
the Foundation to attain a reserve of $100,000 in gross revenues. |
